Eric Reiss: user centered design or user driven design?

During the latest Italian Information Architecture Summit i can discuss (and interview) with Eric Reiss, writer and one of the most influential figures on the European information architecture/usability scene, about the difference between User Centered Design and User Driven Design in the real life works.
